Hearing impacts your health, wellness and safety. We know how important that is, which is why we partner with TruHearing to offer you a hearing benefit, so you can enjoy the world around you.

Your hearing benefit includes an annual routine hearing exam at a local TruHearing provider, high-quality hearing aids, hearing aid fittings and follow-up care. View this flier for additional information.

Hearing aids are available for copayments ranging from $679 - $2,299 per aid. Choose from a wide selection of quality, brand-name hearing aids from Signia, Widex®, ReSound, Starkey®, Oticon, Phonak and more.

Over-the-Counter Benefit

Some of our Network Health Medicare Advantage plans offer an over-the-counter (OTC) benefit, which allows you to get the OTC products you need. Be sure to use your benefit amount before the end of each quarter.

You have an OTC benefit of $50 per quarter, which you can use to place one order from the Over-the-Counter Catalog – online, over the phone or by mail – per quarter. The items you order will be shipped directly to your door. Unused benefit amounts will not roll over into the next quarter.

You have an OTC benefit of $25 per quarter. You'll get an easy-to-use OTC card that can be used to get the OTC products you need when you need them. This card can be used online and at local retailers. When you get your card, it will be loaded with your initial benefit amount. Do not throw this card away, because it will automatically be reloaded at the beginning of each quarter. Unused benefit amounts will not roll over into the next quarter.

 Virtual Doctor Visits

You can connect with a board-certified physician for treatment of a wide range of conditions—24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Register for MDLIVE today, so your account is ready when you need it. You can also get prescriptions filled, if needed. Online doctor visits through MDLIVE are a convenient and affordable alternative to urgent care or a doctor visit, if your personal doctor isn't available. 

Set up your Network Health MDLIVE account in one of four ways.

Log in to your member portal at login.networkhealth.com and click Virtual Visits. Once you've set up your MDLIVE account, you'll be able to seamlessly access it from your member portal.
  1. Text NETWORK to 635483 to be walked through step-by-step registration on your phone.
  2. Download the MDLIVE app on your smartphone or tablet. Open the application and follow the instructions to create an account.
  3. Call 877-958-5455 and an MDLIVE customer service representative will walk you through the process of setting up an account.

MDLIVE can assist with these conditions: acne, allergies, behavioral health services, cold and flu, constipation, cough, dermatology, diarrhea, ear problems, fever, nausea and vomiting, pink eye, rash, respiratory problems, sore throats, urinary problems and more.

MDLIVE virtual visit - $0 in-network
MDLIVE virtual visit - Before you meet your deductible, the cost is $55 for most virtual visits. The cost for behavioral health and dermatology visits may vary, depending on the service. After you meet your $5,400 deductible, you pay $0.

Ignite Wellness Program

Our NetworkPrime MSA members are eligible to earn up to $180 in Health Rewards by completing three activities essential to your health and wellness. The wellness program form has instructions for completing each activity. This form can be found in your member portal at login.networkhealth.com

  1. Receive $100 for your annual wellness visit.
  2. Receive $50 for your routine labs.
  3. Receive $30 for your flu shot.

You can wait to submit all three activities together or you can submit separately–whichever works best for you. Completed forms can be sent securely through the member portal by clicking Email Us in the upper left corner. For Subject, select My Wellness Program. Under Attachments, upload your completed form. Convenient In-Home Access to the Care You Need

Through our partnership with Inovalon, Network Health offers convenient health assessments to review your medications and discuss any health concerns you may have. By completing this assessment, you will earn a reward.

A physician assistant or nurse practitioner will complete a safe and comprehensive visit in the comfort of your home. If you prefer a virtual visit, Inovalon will send you a tablet to complete the visit. Both you and your personal doctor will receive a copy of the results of the assessment.
